Yes, your eyes are fine... I cooked dinner! From scratch. (Well... MY definition of scratch...) Lasagna with Turkey meatballs. Ziad bought me this book, How to Cook Everything. It's just my speed ~ even shows you how to boil water!
There. I did it. Cooked a meal. Now I don't have to do it for at least another year!
